the room's design was so unique, and the whole hotel gave off such a cool vibe, almost like i was in a little world. i would love to see hotels like these near airports and in tourist areas. the staff were so friendly and helpful too!
the tv remote on the ipad glitched a couple of times.

The check-in process was easy. The staff were friendly (i did appreciate that).
The room felt too small. There was very little space to put my belongings and i had to keep my suitcase on the floor. The shower had limited water pressure.

the location is very central, close to many interesting points. clean rooms and comfortable. i liked the iPad that controlled everything. staff assistance was ever-present.
the refrigerator didnt work. it was a bad experience.

I found the lobby very colorful and inviting. Self-service check-in with tablets was efficient, though staff stood ready to assist. The rooms have a modern, clean design accented with color. I appreciated the ability to control everything in the room with a tablet. I liked the night mode feature allowing custom color selection.
I did notice that the soundproofing wasn't perfect. Street noise was occasionally audible.
